He has extensive and diverse experience in leadership and administrative positions, including chairing the office of His Excellency the Minister of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources, and serving on several other boards of directors. He brings extensive experience in urban planning, engineering, and transportation. He previously served as Executive Vice President for Planning and Urban Development at the Authority and held several leadership positions at Saudi Aramco, including Head of the Transportation Fleet Management Division. He also served as Advisor and General Supervisor of the Road Affairs Transformation Office at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Talal holds a PhD in Engineering Management, as well as master&#8217;s and bachelor&#8217;s degrees in civil engineering.
