Ashraq Development and Investment Company Announces New Outdoor Advertising Investment Opportunity on Non-Municipal Assets

Ashraq Development Company, the development arm of the Eastern Province Municipality, has announced a new investment opportunity in the outdoor advertising sector on non-municipal assets across multiple locations within the Dammam Metropolitan Area. The opportunity includes the development, operation, and maintenance of advertising billboards on vacant land as well as buildings undergoing construction or renovation.

The investment offering comprises seven advertising billboards with a maximum total advertising area of up to 4,900 square meters. This initiative aims to expand the scope of advertising investment while establishing a diversified and sustainable model that enhances investment returns on municipal assets.

Ashraq is presenting this opportunity in line with the municipal sector’s strategy to stimulate private sector investment and support economic development in accordance with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
