Chairman, Board of Director
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ashraq Development Company, Secretary of the Eastern Province, Vice President of the World Energy Cities Assembly 2022, and former Secretary of Al-Ahsa Governorate. He also served as Chairman of the Municipal Council in Al-Ahsa and held several other positions.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University (1982) and a Diploma in Advanced Project Management from the University of Arizona, United States.
Vice Chairman, Board of Director
Member of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Ashraq Development Company since September 2021. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Buwardi Holding Group. He has extensive experience in management, investment, and trade. Additionally, he is a member of the Shura Council, the Advisory Council to the Minister of Labor, the Eastern Province Development Authority, and several other boards of directors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1980).
Board Member
Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at Ashraq Development Company since September 2021. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services at Saudi Aramco. He has extensive and diverse experience in leadership and administrative positions, including chairing the office of His Excellency the Minister of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources, and serving on several other boards of directors. He began his career at Saudi Aramco in 1980, later joining the company-sponsored university degree program.
He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in 1985 and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1998.
Board Member
Member of the Board of Directors, member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and member of the Executive Committee at Ashraq Development Company since December 2023. He joined the Eastern Province Development Authority as CEO in May 2023, bringing with him more than three decades of experience in the energy industry. He previously led various functions within Saudi Aramco, including Land Affairs and Government Affairs.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has completed the Executive Program in Switzerland.
Board Member
Member of the Board of Directors, member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and member of the Executive Committee at Ashraq Development Company since December 2021. He has over 19 years of experience in both the public and private sectors across various fields.
His career includes joining the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in 2016 as an advisor for revenue development, investment, and privatization. In 2017, he was appointed as the supervisor of the General Department for the Development of Municipal Investments, head of the Executive Team for Privatization in the Municipalities Sector, and General Supervisor of the Municipal Partnerships Unit. He currently serves as Deputy Minister for Systems and Legal Affairs and Special Advisor to His Excellency the Minister.
He is also a board member at Remat Al-Riyadh and the Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. He’s also a board member at the State Properties General Authority, and a board member at the National Competitiveness Center and the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a board member at the Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers and chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and a board member at the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, and a member of the Audit Committee. He is also the Vice Chairman of the National Center for Wate Management, and a previous board member of Jeddah Company, and AlBalad AlAmeen for Development and Urban Regeneration.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from San Francisco, United States.

Member of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee at Ashraq Development Company since September 2021. He has held several notable positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAKA Holding Group – Rekaz Real Estate. He has extensive experience in the commercial sector in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Real Estate Committee. He has been a board member of various councils within the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the National US-Arab Chamber of Commerce, the Saudi-Irish Business Council, the Saudi-Japanese Business Council, and the Saudi-Russian Business Council.
Additionally, he is a member of the G20 and has participated in numerous charitable and social activities.
Board Member
Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Ashraq Development Company since September 2021. He has over 30 years of experience in the corporate and investment banking sector. He is the founder of Al-Rabiah Financial Consultancy – Armali, a company licensed by the Ministry of Commerce for non-trading securities consultancy. Previously, he held the position of Head of the Group responsible for developing institutional relations with the energy and utilities sector at Gulf International Bank.
He graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1984 and has obtained several executive certificates from the University of Pittsburgh and the London Business School.

Member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee at Ashraq Development Company since September 2021. He currently serves as CEO of Al-Sayhati Holding Group. Previously, he worked at Saudi Aramco and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Development Authority, among several other councils.
He graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Previously, he served as Director of the Finance Group and Internal Auditor for the same company. He is also a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee at Tawkelat Financing Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1998) and completed the Corporate Finance Program at London Business School (2009).
